"Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular."

"The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Very good service from staff! Even helpong golf reservation. Good hints of near by restaurants. Nice shop in downstairs, open 24/7. Breakfast delivered to room, very tasty. I will be back!"

"Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

"If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff."

"If I could give it 11/10 stars I would!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi, it is exceptional in terms of walkability, location, facilities, and especially the staff. During our stay, Quin, Victor, and Finn were so kind and helpful in all different ways and we can tell that the hotel really puts so much emphasis on the customer experience!! Cannot recommend enough"

"Right in the old quarter of Hanoi, this beautiful and charming hotel is a true gem. Location is perfect for walking around and immersing yourself into Hanoi culture, food , and handmade goods . The staff ...I honestly cannot express our gratitude nor how ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING they are in words alone . From the BEAUTIFUL girls at front desk to the doorman , unbelievable . A very special thank you to Tamila , she took us in and made everything better than perfect !! Even went so far as to pack us a breakfast /lunch as we left for our flight left before breakfast was served . With staff as truly OUTSTANDING as they are, this place will be the ONLY Hotel I will stay in when in Hanoi . Truly remarkable Thank you so much to you all ❤️🌹"
