"I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move. I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this...

"Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room. The pool and gym were nice. "The room was excellent — spacious, beautifully done, with a massive and very comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, large TVs, and a really nice modern shower. Everything felt well thought out and high quality. The hotel itself is superb. There’s genuinely a lot to do: tennis courts, kids’ club, adult activities, a cinema room, and plenty of space to relax.
