"A very nice new hotel, clean, friendly desk staff. Smooth check in. Asked for an airport view and got it. The little market by the front desk was handy. Good parking. Good price. No complaints. "
"The room was perfect, a lot larger than expected with separate lounge. Kitchen facilities were a lovely bonus although not required. The bed was super comfortable with pillow choices too. I had a great sleep. The staff are so welcoming and professional. The shuttle ro the airport was on time, driver was courteous and even loaded and unloaded my heady cases. Overall a perfect stay, I have no complaints whatsoever. Its spotless and smells so good. I will be staying again "
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"L'ensemble du séjour c'est très bien passée.
De l'accueil, à la propreté de la chambre, en passant par une décoration moderne et chaleureuse tout était parfait

"The hotel is great! But hard to figure out where to enter the parking lot! Google maps brought us to the restaurant parking next door & you can't access the hotel from there. Drove around the block and almost missed the entrance on that side. Once in, the parking was great!"
