"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

Já me hospedei em outros da mesma rede, principalmente nos EUA, e de longe esse foi o melhor de todos: limpeza excelente, café da manhã com bastante variedade para essa categoria de hotel (sou vegetariana e comi muito bem!), café e chá sempre disponíveis aos longo do dia e atendimento muito gentil. Oferecem transporte para aeroporto Pearson gratuitamente.

Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
