"Stayed for one night due to proximity to an event- our king room was clean, large, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were also clean and nicely set up so people can hang out in either and converse.
Would stay here again!"
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the...
"Tout a été parfait dans ce très bel hôtel Holiday Inn. Par contre, ne surtout pas dîner au restaurant. Attente interminable alors que nous étions 6 clients, plus de 50 mn pour avoir des plats qui arrivent froid.
Le petit-déjeuner par contre est a la hauteur de l'établissement."
