As soon as I walked in, I noticed the drawers were sticking out about two inches instead of being pushed in flush against the wall or furniture, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
