"We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. "

"The hotel is close to the action but not on the noisy loud chaos of the action. Large and clean room. We stayed at the Virgin previously but this hotel was quarter the price and a block away."

"My girlfriends and I stayed at the Hilton tempo hotel recently to go to a concert and the hotels absolutely great! We loved it! We loved the way it was decorated. The staff was very friendly. It was super clean and new and everything was wonderful, easy check-in. The only small hiccup was when we were leaving. It was hard to get a cart to get our luggage out to the car. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but we ended up getting our own cart and getting our stuff out which was fine...

"Staff could be better, arrived at the hotel to find the room at 80 temp. When I called the front desk, I was told that the maintenance person would not be back at work till 8 am the next morning. They didn’t not offer to move me till I asked. When I asked what room would I be moving to, the person at the front desk told me “ when you come to the desk I’ll tell you “. The. Proceeded to hang up on me."

"The experience that my guest and I had at the Virgin Nashville was nothing shy of amazing. They allowed us to check in early, and even gifted complimentary drinks as we waited. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, as well as the Common Club pool table. I’d definitely stay here again on my next to Nashville"

"Great location and extremely friendly and competent staff. Hardly any waiting for elevators, which is a great time saver. I would suggest free morning coffee in the lobby, but guests can make it in rooms, so no big deal. Carpets need to be replaced."

"Amazong stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. The location is perfect—right near Broadway and within walking distance to many attractions. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel. The club access was a highlight, offering a comfortable lounge with great food selections. Would definitely stay here again."
