There was a mix up with the rooms and keys so all of a sudden a woman walked into our room…she was another patron. Because of this then our room keys no longer worked. They have us a voucher for breakfast and then have us a menu that only had 4 options while everyone else had a full menu. We were told it was the menu when “breakfast was included.”...
