"The hosts Clare and Kevin were fantastic. I stayed there for a week. They were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home immediately. "The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

"Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall. The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session. The private spa tub was advertised but missing. "
