"Excellent standard for a dog friendly hotel. Whilst the team behind the bar could not of been friendlier and helpful a warmer welcome on arrival would have made the whole experience perfect.
Will definitely be booking again as so easy and wonderful that our fur pups are so welcomed 👍"

"We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need.
Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen.
On a brighter note the staff are fantastic and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks.

"fantastic stay. super friendly staff, stylish hotel. great to have a stage in the Gardens for the Shanty fedtival. Room with Sun deck was perfect. Ate at the bar in the evening - v tasty and also great breakfast . High end hotel with relaxed and friendly vibe ."

"The room was presentable, there was quite a lot of mould on the windows, and seagull droppings all over the windows. The breakfast was good and the staff was presentable and professional.
The hotel could probably do with an update, the hotel is on a beautiful location close to fistral beach and a short walk to the town centre"
