The room size was very small for three of us two adults and one child Bathroom was not fit for purpose as it would leak the water from the shower onto the floor floor every day so was an extremely poor design. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the next door person snoring loudly. The common area of the hotel is mediocre and had a funny smell. "The hotel is absolutely fantastic - location is perfect (for those travelling by car though), hidden from any roads, closed territory, beautiful chateau and the new building, very nice rooms, super comfortable. Breakfast is average, big deal is the egg station (possibility to order eggs in different shapes) - otherwise it would have been as average (if not bad) as everywhere in France. What was absolutely not understandable for me are the overall skills of the personnel (waiters mostly - the impression was, that all of them were hired yesterday - terrible service at dinner, just terrible. However, would like to say special thanks to the woman serving at breakfast (from Ukraine), sorry don't know the name - great service and attitude, like it should be. But overall, the hotel is great. "
