"L'hotel etait vraiment super. It was a really great experience. Super convenient to train station, but was quiet, in clean and safe area. The staff was super attentive. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to fuel up before a day exploring the Loire castles."

"Very nice hotel, location is good, very closed to railway station and 12 min walk to the old town. My room , suite, was very comfortable with quiet ,well-working AC. Stuff was very helpful. However, I try to contact with hotel about book a car parking and find out that they not receive any my massages. So if you make a booking through Expedia or Hotel.com your massages probably wouldn’t send to hotel. You should contact directly to the hotel . Fortunately it was a public holiday in France and parking on the street in front of hotel was free. I also want to mention that I forgot my AirPods in the room, they call me a couple of hours later and organised to post it to my address . Impressive!"

"Beautiful garden, decent facilities, we stayed in the annex building. Swimming pool. Walkable to Tours center, the way back is uphill. Good breakfast (French standards). This property can be perfect with additional small touches of service, they provide bathrobes and pool towels and take 150 euro deposit in the check-in desk and then you need to bring it back to the front desk, this is kind of weird. You need to ask for cleaning but putting sign on a door but no one explained about it, as we stayed only 2 nights it wasn’t a problem."

"The hotel located in the old town. Very convenient. The room is ok and dated. It was so hot during my visit and so glad the air conditioning is working however was blocked for adjustment. I found it’s odd. At some point, it was too cold have to turn it off. Turning on/off is more efficient? Odd. The house keeping cleaned my room but didn’t take the trash out nor refill my coffee. There is no fridge provided. The wall is thin can hear anything."
