"Great staff who were very nice and accommodating. The staff during the breakfast hour was the most friendliest staff I've met and ensure that the buffet items were replenished consistently and continuously. The public bath was a nice touch/addition; didnt know there was one until the day we checked in. The amenities were also very abundant and nice from the body washing sponge to the drip coffee.
Rooms are of typical sizes you expect in Japan so just keep that in mind when you stay here."

"Clean, friendly staff, big room we have been traveling Japan for awhile now and we are used to the small room no big deal but when we walk into our big room we were pleasantly surprised
Not only did we pay a good price for the room it was big and clean
Only problem was we did not stay longer 10/10"

"The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"I like the landscape it is so beautiful. The river sounds nice from window. The pools are so nice. The hotel is beautiful. There are no earring options except one after 5pm. So buy food early. This was not explained at desk. "
