"The Resident-SoHo was perfect! Centrally located..the Tube was a 3 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. The staff, especially the ones at the front desk deserve the highest praise!! Upon checking in I realized I had lost my passport, which in turn set me into a panic. The gentleman at the front desk calmly, helped me retrace my steps and contacted our driver. He also arranged for the driver to return and deliver my passport!! This gentleman went ABOVE and...
"Excellent staff and beautiful property. The design was exquisite— especially the Coral Room. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. I was surprised on how quiet the room was given the hotel location. It was tucked into a private drive — which helps with street noise. "
"An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away.
The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe.
The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly.

Rooms offer not same level of brightness ( Some room has not enough Lux) and the toilet condition (one room has Shaver Only Electrical Outlet, but the another room does not) might be needed a refurbishment such as the flush system. No free Wifi if book through Hotels.com. There is no a refrigerator. It is advised to choose a room facing inside rather than facing out to the road, we were waken up by a work on...

"Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops. And while the major attractions aren’t super close, they are walkable if necessary (we ended up walking back to the hotel from Westminster...
