"Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. "Only thing i have to comment or complain is the no bedsheets. Must be a new thing in Portugal because alot of the hotels I'd look up had no bed sheets. Ive never had this problem in the past. When we come from other countries not something we want to pack. Must be new thing in Portugal "

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "New hotel with amazing staff. Very close to the train, metro, and the bus. However, very walkable. I was safe walking alone late at night. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and nice gym. I would stay again. You can't beat the price. "

"Dependable quality Hotel with a choice of pillow hardness (so rare in Portugal) with onsite restaurant. Service at reception v good but very slow service in otherwise quiet restaurant disappointing (25 mins to get drink is not acceptable with 5 staff and 3 tables occupied!) biggest gripe is lack of milk with tea and invisible tea-spoons. What is it with Hotels and tea spoons? "

"Incredibly accessible as the airport is a 10 minute ride in busy traffic and the train station is directly across from the hotel. The staff, service, restaurants, bar and food were fantastic! The best food I’ve had in a hotel for a long time! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Eco friendly too-bonus! I will definitely return to this hotel. The MEO arena is a two minute walk from the hotel. "
