"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"Contemporary large hotel, close to the airport but very confusing to get to it. Definitely not a direct route off the hwy or from the mall which you can see from the hotel. We stayed one night, the room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but I wasn't a fan of the bathroom glass wall. Who needs to see people in the bathroom when your in bed & when you turn the lights on everyone is awake! The glass sink was also strange, water splashes everywhere, I'm sure it's a...

"The propertie is good."

"We loved the breakfast. We had all the espresso drinks we wanted. There were local breakfast options as well as US ones including bacon and eggs which I missed! The hotel was close to the metro we were able to catch the Metro train to Madrid. Also was walking distance to several restaurants and parks. Even walking distance to a McDonalds, as well as a Burger King. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would have preferred more Air conditioning but I guess it became unseasonably hot earlier...

"The room was spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and polite. The big drawback was the location; too far from the city center. The shuttle service was super slow in picking us up from airport. For ride to airport, it was great."

Iba con una habitación normal porque no pude escogerla para movilidad reducida en la web pero al llegar me la cambiaron sin que yo la pidiera por una adaptada. Y además muy muy bien adaptada.
