The hotel is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is top notch offering everything you could possibly want and more to start of your day in the best way. The gym is better than most small hotel gyms and pool area is magnificent! Gorgeous pool, lux comfortable loungers and a great pool bar servings drinks and food all day - perfect moment to rest, sunbathe and swim after a day of sightseeing! Although it is not located in the centre, it is only a walk away from the tram that takes you right into the centre in less than 20 minutes. Loved our stay here and would 100% come back!"

"The room was nice but quite small. The shower with transparent glass door was actually next to and facing the bed, so if you’re looking for privacy while showering, don’t share the room with anyone else. This was weird to us, but I’m not sure how many rooms have this layout. All was clean and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because several restaurants were near by. The hotel faces the Plaza de Encarnación with the monumental “setas” (giant mushrooms) sculpture. "

One of the standout details was the scent of the hotel—it smelled incredible everywhere, which added to the overall sense of cleanliness and care. We especially loved the terrace views of the city—perfect for relaxing and taking in Sevilla—and the modern soaking pool was a great touch after long days exploring.
