"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "The room had a severe ant infestation spreading from the washroom to the bed, rendering the room uninhabitable, leading us to evacuate and seek alternative accommodation, after which the host refused a refund. The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night. "Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"We chose the hotel due to its location and being pet friendly. Despite charging €60 for the dog for 2 nights nothing was provided, not even a bowl, very poor. The room was average, we found the mattress to be very uncomfortable but the hotel was able to immediately provide a topper which really helped. "What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"
