"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "We loved the room itself, the extremely comfortable beds and pillows (even the fold-out couch bed!) We really appreciated and enjoyed the included water, fruit, and snacks, and the bathroom and shower were wonderful. We'll definitely be staying there again next trip to Sevilla!"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The location was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best feature - from our perspective - was the effort they had made to keep rooms quiet. Really thick, soft shutting doors. Very quiet air con. The very minor grumble was would have liked ground coffee coffee machines rather than the pods - told you it was minor! Should add that we really loved Seville. "This hotel is so cute!! Located in a great part of Sevilla and I felt safe the entire time. One late night, I got locked out of the hotel, but was able to quickly and easily get help by calling the emergency phone number. One downside is that the bathroom door is practically see through, so if you’re sharing the room with friends, family, etc. keep that in mind as it can be a bit awkward. "What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"
