"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay – highly recommended We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Indigo Torquay. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars. Everything was excellent: the hotel has a modern and stylish design, the room was clean, comfortable and well thought out, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. A special mention goes to the shared/public toilets – they are simply luxury level: extremely clean, beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and a real feeling of comfort. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the seaside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel. We would be very happy to stay here again."

"The room was fairly basic, which is what we expected given the price. That being said, it met our expectations: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. To top it all off, the hotel staff was friendly. All in all a pretty good little hotel. "

"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different access code hid away in the property app, somewhere it shouldn't have been, luckily it gave us access. It took until 9.30 for the management team to contact me with that piece of information. Other than that hiccup had a fantastic time, great location, clean, very comfortable, came with everything we needed. "
