First class B & B

The Cleveland B&B is a gem of a guest house. Amazing rooms, breakfast is first class. And nothing is too much for the hosts Matt & Lissanne.

Scrumptious stay

Lovely clean room with very comfy bed with some home made fudge treats which were truly scrumptious. We were made very welcome on arrival good advice about local amenities given very helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast using really good quality local ingredients very much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Torquay.

Amazing hosts and fab place to stay

Fantastic place to stay. Very warm welcome. Lizanne & Matt have an amazing place that is fresh and very clean. Nothing is to much bother. Lovely spacious room. Lots to choose from on the breakfast menu and was outstanding. Looking forward to going back again.

Long Weekend

Welcome was good and explained everything about working current situation. Room was very comfortable clean and well decorated. Cannot quite see the sea but its far better to walk down to the front and experience it first hand. Car park a bit tight but manageable and plenty of on street parking.

A relaxing stay

Set in a quiet road the hotel is about 15 minutes walk into Torquay. The hosts made us feel welcome and safe, COVID controls were in place and explained on arrival. Breakfast, served overlooking the garden was varied and freshly cooked. Our room was exceptionally clean, the decor well maintained throughout the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee were always available and fudge on arrival was a nice welcoming touch. It was our first time in Torquay and Lissanne took time to explain the area and make suggestions and offer tips based on what we may like. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again should we return to the area.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay in Torquay. I would deffinetly use Cleveland Guest House again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great in every way.

Great accommodation and lovey hosts. Very friendly. Room was very comfortable but it was chilly. After speaking to Lissana she came and tried to turn it on. It didn't make any difference but we were okay. There was also a couch in the bedroom which may have been a sofa bed. The breakfast was lovely a good selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal. And a good full english which was most enjoyable.
