This room was about bare minimums and "okay's". The room was spacious and looked 'okay'. The building is currently undergoing renovations which means the shared areas are 'okay'. During our stay here we only ever saw 2 staff members for the entire hotel, which being gracious to their situation, means that customer service was 'okay'. Phone did not work in the room, and the bed was halfway made. Pillows with no pillowcases over the couch. Asked for fresh pillows or even just the pillowcases and it took an hour to get them. Listen, if you are not picky and you need a room for not so much money then it works. Otherwise... well, don't expect much more than just 'okay'.

I appreciated the kitchenette but it was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No one came to tidy our room- despite the sign being on the door and overall my daughter wasn’t impressed either with hospitality and cleanliness.

This was literally the worst experience ever. I’ve never seen anything like it! I don’t know how they are able to sell to people to stay at such an awful place. The couch was absolutely disgusting. Pretty certain the bed sheets weren’t clean. There was hair under the blanket. Counters were stained. Walls had grease stains. The blinds were stained. The drain plug was moldy. There was a smell in the room. Parking was not easy. The reception was a mess. We booked for two nights. We decided to leave early the next day instead of staying both night. Overall horrible experience. Nobody should have to pay for such an experience.
Once I arrived the staff member did not come to help us check in for 15 minutes or more. Other guests were also waiting prior to my arrival. The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. Residue was left behind in the areas that were supposed to be cleaned. They seemingly gave us dirty towels as well. Parking was very limited. Some things are too good to be true, great price disappointing experience…
Very nice hotel, the only complaint for me is when I booked another room for extended stay , supposed to be have 1 room, but when we go inside there’s no door so it’s like just a divider
The pictures must have been taken on the day they finished construction. Our room was filthy. Food and liquid drip marks, fingerprints, scuffs and patched holes in the walls. The shower caulking was black with mildew and pink mould on grout. The lighting was terrible. I complained and they showed me a different room which was no better. We were reimbursed amd we left looking for a different hotel at 1030 pm with a toddler. The one staff member that checked out our complaint was nice. I felt bad for him. He was made by the girl at the front desk to check our room . I feel like he was embarrassed and tired of the same complaint.
Sketchy car out front with no tires. Broken AC unit. Hotter in the room than outside.

The room was very spacious and in good condition. But the floor was quite dirty, we even found old empty bottles and trash under the closet. There weren't enough towels and soap for a party of 5 and the staff was not very kind or helpful. But overall the stay was good for a couple of nights, specially if you're going to be out most of the day.
Room was very dirty, the shower had to be cleaned again and the shower curtain had mold at the bottom of it. They refused to give us another one to change it the night we got there even though we cleaned the whole bathroom ourselves and was told we needed to wait for housekeeping the next day! We only had a 2 night stay. The toilet had pee stains when you lifted it up. Staff is horrible, rude and will talk their language right in front of you while dealing with you. The parking lot can definitely pop tires with all the rocks and junk in the lot. Alot of garbage around the area. I definitely will not go there again nor will i suggest this place to ANYONE.
Yuvraj was the only person who made our stay worthwhile & tolerable. He was very accommodating &helpful at all times no matter what it was we were asking or inquiring about. He is a gem to this place.
Rohan on the other hand is extremely rude , even his colleagues think the same. Guests &staff alike feel he is not fit for this team.This guy is destroying this hotel’s reputation. I am in the customer service industry as well & can attest that this kind of behaviour towards paying guests is unacceptable. He may be a close friend or maybe even a relative to the owner but that doesn’t mean he has any right to disrespect the hotel’s guests. I have witnessed and experienced his
ill-mannered conduct. There were 2 other guests waiting to be seen in front of me , he was rude to both of them but they were still thankful despite of his discourteous attitude. When it was my turn as I was trying to ask about the spot where I parked to make sure it was legal to park there , he was dismissive and gestured his hand for us to leave. If there is one thing he consistently good at is being unpleasant.
Housekeeping needs to drastically improve in cleaning the rooms .Kitchen badly needs deep cleaning. The dining table&chairs had so much crumbs &dirty unwiped stains. The dishwasher had dirt in the strainer. All furnitures are dusty. Both beds have stained sheets on it &had hairs on it. The management should look into this &make the necessary improvements to ensure the quality of service.
AVIS A TOUS: pour les chambre avec une cuisine, il n'y a AUCUNE vaisselle, ustensile, chaudron etc....ca ne fait aucun sens!!!!! Pourquoi louer des chambres avec une cuisime si on ne peut l'utiliser?!?!
Le sercice est tres ordinaire. Nous avons du demander a 4 reprises pour avoir dea draps pour le canapé-lit. Je ne retournerai jamais a cette hotel. Ceat dommage parce que cest renover et propre

This hotel is newly renovated. Clean practical and somehow close.to Rogers Stadium 20 min drive.
Staff is very profesionnal and nice.

The staff is extremely unhelpful here. Friendly, but after being told time and time again about “fixing” the air conditioning in a room that had air conditioning on Expedia, we just felt they were dishonest. We visited the front desk 13 times in the first 48 hours because our room was 81°. We had a pregnant woman with us so we kept trying to find another hotel but couldn’t find anything nearby with 3 beds or reasonably priced since it was so last minute.
We had a sofa bed but every time we asked for bedding, they would claim they didn’t have any because they’re sold out. Same went for new towels! Every day we would be told there are no new towels so we grabbed detergent from dollarama and would have to wash our own towels in our room and share 1 since we only had 3 towels even though the booking was for 4 people.
The cleanliness was decent, we ended up buying wet wipes and cleaning off any dusty surfaces.
Their lot was always full when we’d get back late night and would be told to park across the street at the other JDass property (10 min walk), so we’d drop our stuff off and took turns dropping off the vehicle and then picking it up again in the morning.
Multiple times we tried contacting the manager but the front desk would only give us the front desk number or “frontdesk@skyeresidences” and that anything sent there would be forwarded to the managers. We even tried contacting the property management through Expedia on the first day and no response for the week.
