overall, the apartment was OK but average at best. I like the location since it's located right next to the square one mall I did have a issue with the garage door opener, but there is a dedicated space assigned to the apartment. In regards to the apartment itself, there was enough wear and tear that my wife noticed and called it out. Nothing was broken, but you could tell that the apartment was worn down with minor scuffs here and there. The location is great with a good view on the 26th floor. If you are just staying there for work and not spending too much time there, it will do.

The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries.

I found the apartment to be very comfortable clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed. I was highly impressed with the security measures at the property, which made me feel safe. The surrounding area is walkable with several dining options, ATMs, coffee shops and convenient stores close by. And just a block away from Square One Shopping Cente, the best in Mississauga. I will definitely stay here again.

Was really good and very clean. windows did not open, when I was cooking it got kinda hot and it didn’t open but it wasn’t the end of the world overall the place was really good and in a really convenient spot also such a great view if you get a higher up room

I’ve explained to the property how to make it better. There’s room for change. It’s a lovely place but needs enhanced cleaning and pay more attention to quality regards for new guest. Promote a healthier smell and cleanliness would be Aplus.

First, the management is terrific! The location was extremely convenient to visit Toronto and Hamilton. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. There is dedicated parking on the property. However, the carpets need a deep cleaning; there are deep marks on the walls and cupboards. The air conditioning went out one night; the following night the faulty air conditioning caused the fire alarm to go off twice, bringing the fire department back twice. We had an uneasy night, owing to the fact we were on the 24th floor.

Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. There's a four slice toaster but no coffee machine. The bed frame was broken so they added two extra box springs to support the very uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were absolutely horrific. I rolled up a towel and used that to have a bit of support. But the view is great, the small balcony was fun. The check-in and checkout was just creepy, walking into someone's living room. So it's just barely passable as an apartment. Location is great, indoor parking is easy and super practical. All that said, I would not recommend or stay again.

1. Unsafe: door lock didn’t close properly. 2. Hand soaps were diluted with water- cheap/disgusting. 3. Unclean, fingerprints all over. 4. Dirty bedsheets and pillows; had hair on them from previous use. 5. Towel rack fell off the first night. 6. Mold in corners of bath tub. 7. Bathroom vent didn’t work. 8. Net on the door to the gallery was ripped. 9. No communication or help after 5 pm. 10. Leg of the coffee table was damaged. The apartment was in a state of disrepair and lacked hygiene. The only good part was the central location of the apartment building. The owners and the management should realize that they are in the hospitality business, not renting. Guests stay for a short period and need a decent place and prompt customer service, which was lacking. I hope that this feedback helps improve the situation.
