"Friendly staff at reception and in the main bar but as for the room itself, we had little to no water pressure (8th floor), the hallway leading to the room from the elevator looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in 2 weeks, my partner said the bed was very uncomfortable, we were facing the street side ..."
