"Fantastic Hotel. Easy, ample parking when we arrived (though worth noting there is a cost). All staff were very friendly and a big thanks to Duty Manager Paul who went out of his way to make our stay special as we were there celebrating my wife's birthday. "We had a friendly greeting on arrival. The person checking us in went through what we needed to know efficiently. The accommodation was clean, smart and well laid out and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of cooked options. The staff at all points were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend here to others"

"Beautiful old English manor dating back to the 1500's. Huge manicured grounds surround the building. We were only there for one night. There is a Michelin star restaurant on property. But we just had a light dinner and drinks in the bar. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Be aware that a big part of the charm is because it's an older building so I dont know if it had an elevator. We were on the second floor (third level) and it wasn't a problem walking up to our room."

"What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!"

"The room, halls, reception were sll clean. Transportation was easy as the bus station was right outside. We did manage to check in early which was great. The room smelt kinda odd, so im not sure what they used to clean but not my favourite smell in the world."
