My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland."

"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. "Very easy self check in before arrival making a quick way to our room. Polite and pleasant staff, warm and comfortable surroundings on a freezing day/night. Room was fully equipped with all we needed for our stay and a great breakfast the next morning. We also ate here the night before and enjoyed our meal as we had previous visits. Our 3rd stay here and just as good as the first time. Thank you."
