The room is very low quality i cannot undefstand how it could be more than a one star hotel. I have honestly stayed in nicer cleaner hostels, many times.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey .
