Location was great, friendly staff, took off a staff for comfort because it would have been nice to have more room in the toilet area, tight squeeze. Beds are lower than we are accustomed to. Overall clean and welcoming.

Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup).
