We booked this place promptly and the room was available for us. Rooms are small but for a couple it was amazing. In opposite of the hotel there is a Family Mart and you can get nessesary item from there.

It was great quality and space. The heater did not work in our room. Did not say anything because it did not bother us too much.

The hotel is on the smaller side, but the rooms are decent size. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Located in the heart of Shibuya so plenty to do in the area. About a 10 min walk from Shibuya Station. I’d be happy to stay here again.

we really enjoy staying here if you plan to stay in shibuya this hotel is close to everything. its a little loud cause its close to like clubs but overall good.

So I was a little surprised by the bathroom. It’s see through and has a curtain covering the shower area. Also, the toilet smelled like sewage until my friend dropped her perfume bottle. Underneath the beds are very dusty, which we found out when something fell off the bed. They have VERY early checkout (10am) where most have 11am at least. I paid extra to check in early and check out late, but I got a call at 10:15am asking why we haven’t checked out yet, so their record keeping seems to be sub par. This hotel is very convenient, but I don’t think I will repeat my stay here.

As my first time in Tokyo and wanting to shop this hotel was so convenient. I reserved a regular room which was cheaper but small in space for two people, so if you can reserve a bigger room for a couple of dollars more do it. Overall it was GREAT! It was in the heart of Shabuya, restaurants and great food all over the hotel so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend if your travel is to explore, shop and eat.

The good. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good wifi, and a great location to walk to everything. The bad…this place is on a corner of an alleyway that has lots of clubs and bars that are very noisy and open until 5 am. The street in front of the hotel lobby is very dirty in the morning and walking through it first thing is very offputtjng. There is no lobby to sit in if you need to wait for a cab or want to be in a different space for a bit. The bathroom is really strange. It’s a tight space that is all windows exposed to the room’s interior with cheap blinds covering the windows. Really strange.

Perfect hotel in best location in Tokyo
The location of the hotel was quiet yet minutes from the excitement of Shibuya. Accommodations were clean and beds/bedding were extremely comfortable. Staff was nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Close to shopping and Shibuya Scramble, which is surprising given how quiet it was during our 3-night stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. (We couldn’t figure out the heating and someone immediately came to our room to resolve it!) Highly recommend this place!

Check in and check out process was easy. I didn’t have much issues with the busy street as it is in an area of bars. The only loudness would be others on the floor when speaking in the hallways. Other than that it was a great stay and super convenient. we for services towels and water bottles every day. If you want your room cleaned you need to put your sign out.

Great little business like hotel for short stay.
Location close to Shibuya station so just 10 min walk each way to get to station. Small rooms but I knew that and their design is good. Room a little cold when first arrived but soon warmed up. Reception staff were very helpful checking our next hotel could store our luggage so we could explore all day. Interesting area, lots of bars and clubs but I didn’t experience and street noise in room on 8th floor. Happy to return here

The staff and location was great. However walls were pretty thin and you can hear people snoring throughout the night and kids jumping around. Besides that it was good.

The staff was friendly, the room looked clean. However, we got bit by bugs while sleeping. We didn't notice it until after we checked out. Outside on the street, there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night from people partying maybe.

The area is great, with a 13-minute walk from the main Shibuya station and just 5 minutes from other train lines. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. However, the rooms need to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. I discovered black mold in my vents, and the carpets were extremely dirty. I informed the staff, and they promptly switched my room. Considering that this place is not at the lower end of the price range, they should invest more time in cleaning the rooms. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

Wayover priced for the room and the area service was horrible. AC wasn’t working all in another language not redone like the rest of the room. It wasn’t anything special it was only an updated bathroom. Everything else was old the staff did not do anything to help me with my AC

We booked for three nights based on good reviews. Immediately when we saw the room we regretted it but with Expedia it was non refundable. The room was dirty, even several drops of blood on one of the pillowcase. Crumbs between sheet and mattress when we checked for bed bugs. No closet. 4 hangars on a coat pole. Glass bathroom with a mirror outside of it. There was a curtain but it didn’t close properly. This property was not good for the price we paid. But easy walk to shopping, food, train, shibuya scramble crossing.
