"Very clean and modern hotel. Room feels spacious, but is not much counter space because the furniture is designed to be minimalist. The breakfast spread is very good. They have coffee and matcha machines. Staff is very cosmopolitan and most of them speak English quite well. The hotel guests are also quite international. There is a 24 hour Family Mart attached to the hotel, so you do not need to brave the elements if you need anything at any time. The only drawback is that the location is quite poor. There are not many good eating places and although on Google maps it is a ten minute train ride from Tokyo station, be aware that the JE Keio line (on which Shiomi station lies) is a long 11-minute from Tokyo station proper. Factor that in when calculating travelling times."

"This was an amazing property. It’s centrally located in Shibuya, close to the Shibuya crossing, Shibuya station, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. The staff were helpful and very friendly! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Very nice stay for my first time in Japan. The compactness of the room was a shock, but got over it very soon. The bathroom is no bigger than a closet, yet so clean and efficient. A bidet definitely helps with reducing toilet paper waste. Although, there were some amenities I didn't make use of, pictures on their brochure looked promising. The dining experience was buffet style and the food was full of delicious variety. The Oedo train station is less than a 5 minute walk, which is great for getting around Tokyo in a flash. One minor setback which is no fault of their own was the mattress I slept on was sinking in on one side, possibly due to heavier guests prior to my visit. Will definitely come back to this particular APA or another when I revisit Tokyo. Thank you, APA, for your hospitality!"

"We did not drive a vehicle here, but airport buses, and getting to the hotel from the buses, was very easy, convenient, and stress free."

"Staff was extremly healpful and friendly. Some spoke english well, some spoke phrases. I was sad that the Gozilla lookout was closed but i understand why. Better coin washers and dryers would be great. Spent 3 hours trying dry the same load of 6 cotton Shirts."

"Although it is common that hotels are tiny in Japan. The room is very clean. The only thing missing since our room is located in an annex building, theirs is no water and ice dispenser. Location is within walking to Shibuya station, Shibuya Crossing, commercial and restaurants and airport limousine. Staff are welcoming. We did not use parking since we are travelling by gullet train, train and Uber."
