As you have mentioned, it is convenient to access downtown in Tokyo from the closest station named Ningyocho station and it is available not to transfer to another train to go to both Haneda and Narita airport. この度は当ホテルにご宿泊いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。また、お忙しい中早速のご投稿を頂戴いたしまして重ねて御礼申し上げます。ご投稿にございますアメニティですが、当ホテルのお部屋のアメニティは、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、タオル類といった必要最低限のものしか備えておりません。ただ、ロビーフロント前で無料のアメニティをお配りしております。歯ブラシやカミソリはもちろんのこと、入浴剤や、フェイスマスク、更にはシャンプーバー等もございますので、お気に召していただいたものをお使いいただければと思います。しかし、電気ケトルに関しましては清掃の不備があったようで誠に申し訳ございませんでした。本来であれば中身を確認のうえ清掃して空の状態にするのですが、今回は清掃スタッフに不手際があったようです。今後このようなことが無いよう十分注意するようにいたしますが、何か不手際があった際はどうぞフロントまでご連絡くださいませ。早急に対応させていただきます。まだまだ至らないことが多い私共ではございますが、これからも皆様のご意見を参考に日々精進してまいりたいと思いますので、また東京にお越しの際はどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。お客様のまたのご来館を心よりお待ち申し上げております。
