"Amazing service and location! The staff were helpful and spoke English if needed. There is a private onsen for the guests. The only thing is the entrance is unsuspecting and easy to miss in the dark being that it's just a black door! "

I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly.
