Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "One of the best hotels in our Switzerland trip!! Very clean, very quiet and all amenities were top notch. The restaurant accross the street was wonderful, and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station and chateau chilon. Super awesome stay!"

"We loved staying at Hôtel Masson! My husband and I are fans of historic hotels and this one is a jewel of a place. As the oldest hotel in the area, it is simply charming. The rooms are spacious while being cozy. The beds are comfortable, and the bar/salon is classic and elegant. We found the staff warm and friendly, especially Karine who took such excellent care of us. Dinner was delicious. Only positive things to say about Hôtel Masson! "
