"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 11:00 after driving for over twelve hours. The room we rented the shower did not work and had cockroaches in the tub. They gave us another room which was no better than the first except the shower worked. Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best."

Unfortunately the staff is rude to people who have booked through third parties and very un-accommodating with their pet/ animal policy. "Old hotel. Picked it because of high ratings across over 1,000 clients. Trying to bring rating in line with experience. Old old old. Heat light in bathroom reminded me of Holiday Inn back in 1970’s!"
