"I loved this place. We had a suite and the rooms were large with a good kitchen and living room. Very affordable for the area and great access to Frisco Sausalito area. The courtyard and pool area were excellent and relaxing. The wine tasting and live band on Thursday were a great bonus. I would reccomend to anybody to stay for a week to visit the Frisco area. "

"They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

Wanted location that was midway and walkable for all the major spots- GG park to pier 39, Chinatown, Ferry Building, etc. Star Motel blew us away with the upgraded rooms, ample FREE parking spots, location, and flexibility for our check-out needs. 100% would recd to friends and stay again. We were in room 208- corner upstairs room- and loved it. Mini fridge, AC, new showers, sky light, and more. Loved our stay!"
