This cruise was fantastic and a wonderful way to end our two weeks in Vietnam after busy sightseeing - Paradise Elegance is a beautiful boat, the food was incredible, staff could not do more for you and there was a great balance between excursions and time to relax. Highly recommend!

Halong

Halong is amazing- must see. Food and service fantastic on this cruise but the activities could have all been packed into a 1 night cruise- lot of down time between activities.

2 nights definitely the best

We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic. The staff were so friendly and attentive for the entire cruise, the food was great and a lot of it and it was extremely comfortable - very happy with the whole experience

I can definitely recommend this cruise. There are many options, but very hard to fault this cruise. Cruise manager Marinella Sheen Oania was exceptional, as was Korina Bicaldo, who constanty made sure we were having a good time. Was very relaxing, and food was great. If you are seeking a big party boat, this one is probably not for you.

O barco é incrível. Atendimento excelente, staff cordial, comida excelente [ em todas as refeições ], os passeios são muito organizados e com o máximo de conforto. O transfer [ fechado com a Paradise ] é muito confortável. Recomendo este Cruzeiro e o passeio em Ha Long.

Absolutely loved this cruise. Breath-taking scenery. Luxurious surroundings and delicious food. Was lovely to chat to other passengers on board. Very well organized and super high quality cruise. Everything sorted out and thought out superbly. Food also excellent. All things considered more than great value for money. 一泊クルーズは，あっという間

バイチャイからGrabで向かいましたが，受付と教えられたパラダイスホテルが周囲に数件あり，少し迷いました。 乗船・出港すると，すぐに昼食，そして，洞窟見学・カヤック・春巻き作りと続き，夕食には，洋食とベトナム料理から組み合わせて，おいしい魚料理をいただきました。 翌日は，朝食前に朝日を浴びながらのヨガ，展望台までの山登りがあり，気がつくとチェックアウトの時間で，あっという間の一泊でした。 左舷側の部屋でしたが，停泊中も運転している発電機が下にあり，バルコニーに出るとエンジン音が気になりました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応は全て英語で，とても親切にクルーズを盛り上げてくれました。 バルコニーでみた，ハロン湾の夕焼け最高でした。

Perfect cruise with great service

We had an amazing time on board the Paradise Elegance for 3days and 2 nights. Ryan was a great manager to help us with all our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The overall condition of the cruise was also perfect. The food was fantastic specially the set menu items. The spa was too good and the masseurs knew how to do a good massage. Finally the entertainment due team had us busy after dinner.

Nice and friendly staffs! Meal option for dinner was good as we could select from Eastern and Western and we can mix those on our choices. It was great if we could have conditioner in the room but everything else was great.

숙면을 취할만큼 침대 매트리스도 프로그램도 좋았으나. 아침에 티톱을 가는 코스에 전날 이용자가 모래를 침대에 뭍혀놓은건지. 깔끔한 침구에 모래가 있어 그냥 털어내고 말았지만, 그 부분이 아쉽고. 디너 메뉴나 일정안내에 한글메뉴도 같이 비치해둠 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다. 하노이와 왕복 교통은 별도 예약및 추가지불 해야 했지만. 상대적으로. 8인승 벤을 타고 2시간30분만에 이동할수 있어서 편했다.

Das ist Spitzenklasse.

Diese kurze Kreuzfahrt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Schiff, das Essen und vor allem auch das Personal waren exzeptionell. Der Manager war allgegenwärtig und schaffte es trotz der kurzen Zeit eine gute Beziehung zu den Gästen aufzubauen.

This cruise is definitely worth the price, our room had an incredible view from every angle, even from the bathroom! The room is quite big and super comfy, the bed is like a 5 star hotel. The food provided was really good, better than our expectations and the cruise manager was very nice. They have all day activities, spa services and live music at night, only thing lacking is a karaoke machine. Highly recommend this and it is definitely an elegance cruise.
