"Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public"

"It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff also nice and helpful. However my single room was TINY. Single bed squeezed in with wall at foot of bed, so my toes touched this when I stretched out. Ensuite was too small to include sink in there, so was in the bedroom. No window but a frosted window emergency door, leading me to think that where the room was was originally a corridor to this emergency exit. "Great hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent staff, great breakfast, excellent location for Plymouth arena"

"The hotel was just basic and okay, and old too. Breakfast was bland, the hot chocolate machine didn’t work. Working with and walking to the car park was a bit chaotic. The car park was quite filthy and had homeless folks living there. Our room didn’t have a fridge in it….phew!"

"Friendly staff"

"Very nice Breakfast and good service."

"Nice clean room, comfortable and very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice."

Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to...

"To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half...

"Staff was easily approachable and good communication"
