"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our...

"Great hotel with a download able app for doors and room access but until you're on the wifi, you need data roaming. Very clean and secure. Great location for the city market square. There's also a very relaxing coffee shop attached to the hotel. "
