We had an overall pleasant stay. The hotel is a little dated, but service and cleaning was excellent. Breakfast is highly recommended - very good for the price when booking ahead. EV charging was a little tricky (not the hotel’s fault), and required paid parking in the hotel’s lot.

Lovely hotel. Not in the centre of Dortmund but ideal for the stadium. Near the park. You need to pay to enter the park and if booked online need to print off the passes for scanning so plan in advance. Lovely rooms. Clean and well thought out. Has all toiletries needed including body lotion and hair conditioner which is a bonus. I don’t think they do room service anymore and the bar/restaurant can get busy when there is a match on which can make service slow. The staff are lovely, really helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet, despite being busy- however the choice of food at the entrance lobby restaurant was extremely limited and very expensive.

We booked a double bed room when we arrived to our room it was only one king bed- we sked the front desk to change it back to double bed they helped us and accommodated our request - thank you!

Room was dusty, floor had sticky bits on it, fridge was not clean (and I found a hair in it). Bathroom was clean. I had booked this hotel only because of the pool, as I was travelling with my child. On the day of arrival I was informed that the pool was closed. Staff did not offer any compensation (free breakfast or parking, etc).
