"Beautiful! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Room was perfect. Restaurant attached was also good"

"Staff were all very helpful especially cleaning staff and maintenance who helped me with any problems I had"

"Good value!!!"

"Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war hervorragend, Gym und Schwimmbad sehr gut, Am Nachmittag die Happy-hour für Gäste ein echtes highlight. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen"

"Great location for union square and short tram ride to fisherman's wharfs. Place was clean and staff friendly"

"Good location and good value for SF. Despite its star rating it doesn’t quite reach. Building is old, needs updating. Staff moderately helpful but it feels almost like a short-term rental. Water machine broken in lobby; they had bottles behind the desk but didn't offer unless asked. Worst for me was heat was broken in room, engineering couldn't fix. Shrugged when I told front desk."

"The bathtub was too slippery. I slipped this morning and have a bump on my forehead and bruised ribs! Also, I was not impressed by the breakfast."

"Easy check in. Clean room. Great location"

"Great boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and happy hour was nice to come home to. Lounge area lounge area very comfortable and elegant. Appreciated the size of room and kitchenette."

"the room smelled like sewer"

"The property is not clean, appearing aged and poorly maintained. The washroom lacks labels on soap and shampoo, and the space is noisy without air conditioning. The sole advantage is the location."

"nice, small, old fashion hotel! definitely recommend (:"

"Very good place for the price"

"Need more towels"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is super outdated. The breakfast consisted of dry cereal, white bread, oranges, and packaged oatmeal. The location is really good."

"Nice place. Great loc. very nice staff"
