"It’s an old hotel. It’s decent, so I can’t expect much. But the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I don’t really eat breakfast because I overslept 😬😬 and I was only sleep for 2 nights. The last night of my stay, I wasn’t in the hotel (was partying all night) until I had to go back to pack and checked out 😅. "

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"We arrived at the hotel at 4:15, and our room was not ready. The front desk agent asked if we needed the two queen beds (as opposed to two double beds) we reserved, and I said yes we needed queen size beds. She apologized and said there was not a room with the queen beds cleaned yet. We could either have a double beds room or she could text me when our room was ready, and offered us a generous credit we could use on the hotel property. We were fine with that (since we needed the bigger beds)....
