"A beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the bathroom was pretty luxurious! Would highly recommend!"

"Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar"

"I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

"perfect stay, wonderful staff, specially Charlotte at the check in, the whole stay was perfect. highly recommended."

"Great location for the train station."

"This was a brilliant find, will definitely recommend and stay again."

"The hotel was nice, staff so polite and the hotel is very close to Euston station. The room was cosy and spacious. It would be lovely if they had SMART tvs to watch Netflix etc however I will say the WIFI was really good. Also, you can’t really adjust the temperature settings"

"Excellent location, very helpful team and very good value."

"Lift wasn’t working for 2 days and owner was not concerned with that. Staff was rude. There was no soap in soap dispensers when we checked in. Lift broke down and no one knew the TAT for its repairs Overall poor and"
