"Breakfast surprised me with eggs and sausage (not just a simple muffin and maybe a yogurt like other hotels). One thing I probably should say is my room was clean aside from the toilet. The lid was up and it had skid marks (if you know what I mean.) Everything else was fine though. Just expect a little wear and tear around some things."

"Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great as was the hot tub. We really appreciated the shuttle. So convenient. Lela and Maria were fantastic!!! They made our stay. Good breakfast fugitives and super convenient location. Cons: our room key didn’t work EVERY time we left the room. Every time we came back to our room, we had to go back down to the front desk to get new room card keys issued. After the second time, I really would’ve appreciated the offer of a different room as it was clear that the door mechanism wasn’t working properly. Maintenance had to come up twice and by the end of our stay, it ended up being where we could only leave the room one at a time so that we would be able to leave someone in the room to open up the door. I didn’t like that at all and unfortunately, that would be the reason I didn’t come back. "

"Maintenance problems. Things should have been addressed proactively. In addition, no working fan in the bathroom was causing stalactites to form over the sink, which was proof that ongoing issues are being ignored. We asked for a quiet room twice but were ignored and placed on the main road. I also don't really like to pull back the bedding and see a long, black hair on the sheets. Attitude and so-so comprehension of English are also issues. We stayed here 7 years ago without problems, but after this stay, we will not stay here again. "
