"This property is in need of updates and maintenance. Scratches and scuffs all over the walls, weeds and grass growing out of the roof and the gutters, just generally run down and out of date. Website indicated to expect shuttle service between 5 AM and 1 AM. Our plane arrived at 1:30 PM and we called to verify it was running and we’re told it was on a break until 3:30 p.m. very frustrating! Bed was comfortable, shower was good and breakfast was good. I would use somewhere else to say if and when we are back in town."

"This hotel fell way below my expectation even though I only needed a place to stay for 1 night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Expedia advertised it as a great deal at an extremely reduced rate on that date so I thought I would be getting good value but the hotel looked nothing like the photos. Very run down, you could smell smoke coming from rooms that were supposed to be non-smoking, toilet paper holder off the wall, rusty shower rood, old carpets, dead bold on door broken, heater not working. The only reason I did not refuse to stay was because the check in person was very nice, offered to carry my bag to the room (there are no valets actually), the sheets and towels were clean so it was acceptable. There is also no hotel shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I suggest Expedia reconsider representing this hotel."

"This is our go to place when we have a layover in SFO. Nice rooms, great breakfast, perfect for our family. The airport shuttle is also super helpful. Highly recommended!"
