"Great property in a great location."

"Great hotel and terrific location. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Restaurants need to be better"

"Our room was not huge, but adequate. We had views of the harbor. It was close to and walking distance to most everything. Loved it!"

"Fantastic place clean ,charming and wonderful breakfast every morning.cant go wrong"

"I have no idea how the room was because they wouldn’t let us in it even though we paid for it until check out. I understand that we paid through a booking site rather than directly with them but if I notified them that I would arrive after staff left for the the night and not sure how late, I’m not sure how it is okay for them to mark us as a NO SHOW when we showed up extremely late but DID show up before check out. We ran into an emergency and were relying on the 2 hours we had left to take...

"Lovely room, great staff and perfect location. There is a zero entry from the parking lot and rooms on the first floor so steps can be avoided."

"The staff were very kind and helpful, we traveled with a toddler and they provided a pack n play for us but would have been nice to have had a larger room for space, kind of tight with two double beds and a crib with all our luggage. Rooms were clean but the floors were in need of a vacuum. Overall good experience. Quiet overall, coffee shop inside was super convenient and good. One complaint was we were told valet for our whole stay would be $46 but then were charged $90 for two nights stay,...

"Excellent experience at Pelham court hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! We were very comfortable there with our dog and the location was amazing! So close to the waterfront and all the major attractions of the area. Such a wonderful place. We will definitely return! Thank you!"

"We booked this last minute at a premium price to be able to stay in downtown Newport. It was not worth it. It was run down and needs a complete remodel. Our bathroom tub had a crack in the center, there were stink bugs crawling on the iron, and the entire room was in need of a very deep clean. The breakfast was good, but you had to put in your order the night before, and had to reserve an exact time to eat. Parking was terrible, too. We paid way too much money for what we got. Do yourself...

"Staff was amazing! Felt right at home. Great location and will definitely be back!"
