"Our stay was okay. The hotel is new which is a plus. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. However the room's floor was sticky. Probably what ever they mop the floor with needed to be rinsed off. Made it feel kinda gross to take my socks off knowing there was something on the floor and then getting into the bed with bare feet. The hotel filled up the night we stayed because of bad weather so there was very little left for the breakfast which I consider part of what I pay for. The last Tru we stayed at gave us a couple of free waters and a couple of free popcorn snack bags when we checked in. This one did not. For well over $200 a night, I feel it should have been a better experience."

"We have stayed at this location multiple times. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. They are under going construction but that was communicated before arrival. We also are understanding that they are an operating business and renovations are necessary to upgrade guests experience. My children love the indoor pool and breakfast."
