The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. "This hotel is amazing. I’ve traveled all over the world and this hotel rivals a 5 star I stayed in in Türkiye a few years ago. It’s laid out well and perfectly positioned in downtown Chattanooga to access all things fun there. The staff is incredible. I checked in during an emergency and the front desk clerk noticed my distress, asked me if I had been harmed, and what she could do to help me feel safe. I sobbed at the kindness of this stranger and she walked around the desk and asked if I needed a hug and I did! She made sure I knew she was available if I needed her or other staff. Also, the pool is perfect. By 3 pm the sun is low enough it becomes shaded so I would swim without sunscreen. Everything was super clean, everyone was super nice and I needed that hotel more than I realized! Even made an amazing memory with my 91 years old Mamaw cause she came to stay with me there."
