"Stay was excellent and house keeping staff was so amazing. Food was not great and they need to improve - brunch food was not hot at all and fresh. chicket meat was hard, sausage not fresh, fish was not freshly cooked -was rubbery, so they need to improve food big time to continue get customers to stay - no value for money in food."

"The 2 nights and 3 days spent in Silent Shores was some of our favourite times spent with the family. The Suite was spacious and well maintained (Other than one non working shower). "We spent a delightful 4 nights at the Royal Orchid Metropole. It has a good location, just 5 or 10 minutes from the Palace by auto rickshaw. It is a genuine heritage property, and the furniture and fittings are OLD, they are certainly not 'tired' or 'faded'. "Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. "The location is very good and just few kms from all the key places to visit that we had planned. Although in the middle of city almost still away from the hustle bustle and very calm place opposite the hockey stadium. Food was good but just that the service was a little slow. Rooms are very spacious in 3rd floor. Do check on A/c while booking , there are some rooms without A/C."

"Horrible experience ever. The wifi was dropping off every 2 min. The restroom tap leaked and smelled like gutter. There was a leaking sprinkler above one of the beds that soaked a bed completely. Complete waste of money."
