"Great stay"

"Very noisy and party time during weekends"

"New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

"Great stay and service, but watch the parking! The Grand Mercure Mysore offers good rooms, helpful staff, and a tasty breakfast buffet. My only complaint was the parking near the entrance. Pigeons pooped all over my car, so the hotel really needs better bird netting or deterrents in that area. Overall a good experience—just ask for a sheltered parking spot!"

"Comfortable stay with central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. 3 or 4 star at best, not a 5 star.Rooms need an update and freshening up. Avoid booking a taxi from hotel. Rates are about 10 times the local rates"

We complained multiple times but no quick action was taken. > When we approached the manager, his behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution/compensation, he refused to help. > For a 5-star hotel like Radisson, this kind of poor maintenance and bad management attitude is completely...

"The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. "
