"We stayed in one of the cottages which although a bit dated offer a lot of space and character. The room itself was spotless and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. "Fantastic hotel, very historic feel to it. Room was very comfortable and had everything you’d need. Would have been better if check out was later, 10am on a Sunday was a bit too early compared to other hotels. "
