"This is a funky hotel in the heart of The Hague, but you will need to be happy with stairs, narrow corridors, and a small room. But the rooms are clean, have everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is warm and helpful."

"We stayed in 6 different hotels during our stay in the Netherlands amd the ALD was by far the nicest. Front desk checkin was very friendly and the rooms were beautiful! Very thankful for the included coffees and snacks in the bar. Great stay."

"It was a very great experience. The ventilation was a bit stuffy but that's typical for September when the summer heat and humidity changes drastically in the Netherlands."

"Nice place but pretty thin walls and fire doors which might shake your bed in the middle of the night. Not recommended for visitors with light sleep or jet lag."

"Fantastic hotel in the centre of town. All major sights within easy working distance. Room very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly."
