"We were given a suite corner room on the 14th floor with all windows and the view was amazing especially at night. Amenities in the room were great and functional but have your AC checked since it’s a bit loud and somewhat distracts the serenity of the room during sleeping time. Breakfast which is included in the booking is excellent."

"Very rude staff, didn’t let me cancel to leave after the fees for parking. Was not on the hotel.com website. Please check before booking. Was not free parking, was not free breakfast, they were rude and disrespectful and asked me to leave and charged me for full stay and I wasn’t there 15 minutes. Asked to park my car on a busy street and move every few hours on a busy street. Was not on website that was next door to a gentlemen club and across the street from a drag queen show and club. I wasn’t rudely asked to leave and wouldn’t give me a receipt for my charges. Not a good place wouldn’t recommend for an animal to stay much less a human being."

"Excellent location and staff was very friendly. They even gave me bandaids to help with blisters after a full day of sightseeing in cowgirl boots! We didn’t have a chance to eat at the on site restaurant but it looked lovely. An overall great place to stay if you want to be near Printers Alley and Broadway where all the night life happens!"

"It worth what you paid for.Close to downtown but not walkable. It was close to the main road, but We got the room face to downtown, so it was not too much noise from there, with the exception of some noisy neighbors during middle of the night. Staff were nice, there were some problems but staff were very attentive once you told them"
