The staff was absolutely wonderful-friendly and helpful. The front desk and concierge provided helpful information and excellent recommendations. The "old school" lobby was charming; room was well appointed. The location was close to all the sights-museums, stadiums, Broadway music bars, adjacent to historic Printers Alley. The location of the hotel was perfect and safe. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. However the first night there, the water was turned off and we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet until latter in the morning the following day. Also, The coffee bar was shut down for a day and a half.
